The terms on which we quote, schedule and carry out work.
Draft — requires legal review
Must be reviewed by an Australian solicitor. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded or limited, and any clause that appears to do so risks being both void and a misleading representation.

02Quotes and validity
DRAFT. How quotes are prepared, what they include and exclude, how long they stand, and when a variation applies.
03Bookings, deposits and cancellation
DRAFT. Deposit terms, notice periods, and what happens when either party reschedules.
04Access and site conditions
DRAFT. What access we need, what happens if a crew can't get on site, and who is responsible for clearing the work area.
05Weather and safety
DRAFT. Roof, gutter, window and pressure-washing work is weather-dependent. Set out the postponement process and that safety decisions rest with the crew.
06Subcontracting
DRAFT. Work may be delivered by licensed subcontractors. State clearly that we remain the contracting party and remain accountable.
07Payment
DRAFT. Terms, methods, late payment, and what happens to disputed invoices.
08Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
DRAFT — MANDATORY. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This section must be drafted precisely and must not be undercut by any other clause.
09Liability
DRAFT. Must be drafted so it does not purport to exclude non-excludable consumer guarantees.
