FAQ

Club questions

Does the discount really cover everything?
Yes. Pool, roof, gutters, windows, pressure washing and the garden. Plus the other work we do, like painting, fencing and decking. If we do the job, your member discount comes off it.
What's the free home check-up?
Every 3 months we come out and look over the place. You get a short, plain report — gutters mostly clear, roof looks fine, fence needs a look. It's so you find out about things early, when they're cheap to fix.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. If you just don't need us for a while you can pause it instead, which keeps your history and your price. We'd rather pause you than lose you.
What if I'm not happy with a job?
We come back and fix it. We check you're happy before we leave, and we ring you a week later. If something's still not right, tell us and we'll send someone out.
Is yearly actually cheaper?
Yes. You pay for 10 months and get 12. Same membership, two months free.
Which one should I pick?
Most people pick Complete. It's the one with 10% off, no call-out fees and storm priority. Essentials suits you if you just want the check-ups and someone to ring. Concierge is for bigger places or if you own more than one.
Do I have to have a job booked to join?
No. Plenty of people join before they need anything, because they know what's coming — a pool over summer, or gutters before the storms.
