DRAFT. The plain promise: if you're not satisfied with workmanship on a job we've completed, we return and rectify it.
Define 'not satisfied' in workable terms — this is the clause that decides every dispute.

DRAFT. State the period, and whether it differs by trade. Roofing and pool equipment will likely need different terms to window cleaning.
03What's covered and what isn't
DRAFT. Distinguish workmanship from materials, from manufacturer warranty, from fair wear and tear, and from new damage caused by storms or third parties after completion.

05This sits on top of your legal rights
