The terms of The Brigade Club — what's included, what it costs and how to change it.

Cannot be published until pricing and terms are confirmed. Subscription terms attract specific scrutiny under the Australian Consumer Law — particularly automatic renewal, cancellation friction and any minimum term. Unfair contract term provisions apply to standard-form consumer contracts.
01What membership includes
DRAFT. The discount, priority booking, express support and the satisfaction guarantee — each defined precisely enough to be enforceable.
02The 10% discount
DRAFT. What it applies to, what it excludes, whether it stacks with promotions, and how it's applied to a quote.
03Price and billing
DRAFT. Monthly amount, any introductory rate, when the rate steps up, billing date, and payment method.
04Minimum term and cancellation
DRAFT. Any minimum term, notice required, and how to cancel. Cancellation must not be materially harder than signing up.
05Pausing
DRAFT. If pause is offered, define the maximum duration, what happens to benefits, and how it restarts.
06Failed payments
DRAFT. Retry process, notice given, and when benefits are suspended.
07Changes to these terms
