The street trees round here fill narrow gutters faster than they were ever built for. A lot of the housing is old enough that the metal joins in the roof are past it. Most leaks we find are there, not in a cracked tile.
What we mostly work on
Mostly older terraces, semis and cottages. Tiled and slate roofs, and usually a tight squeeze out the back.
