What you need
The non-negotiables
We're strict about compliance because our customers are trusting the brigade name, not yours. That protects everybody.
- Current trade licence for your discipline
- Public liability insurance and workers compensation
- White Card, and working-at-heights where the trade requires it
- Willingness to work to a documented SOP
- Presentable vehicle and equipment
- A police check, or willingness to obtain one

Working with us
Are these employed roles or subcontract?
Mostly subcontract, with some direct roles as we grow. Tell us which you're after and we'll be straight with you about what's available.
How much work is there?
It varies by trade and season — roofing and gutters spike after storms, pool care through summer. We'd rather tell you honestly what the pipeline looks like than oversell it.
Do I deal with customers directly?
No. Our ops team handles all customer contact, quoting and scheduling. That's deliberate — it keeps the experience consistent and keeps you on the tools.
What if I only want occasional overflow work?
That works. Plenty of our subcontractors take overflow around their own book. Tell us your capacity and we'll work with it.
