The founding idea

Why we built a brigade instead of another trade business

Most home-service failures aren't skill failures. They're organisation failures. The thinking behind running six trades as one outfit.

Placeholder story — the layout is done. The words are not. Swap these out before launch.

The problem wasn't the tradespeople

Placeholder narrative. This is where the founder story goes — what you saw in the industry, the specific moment that prompted the change, and what you decided to do differently.

Advertorials work on specificity. Name the year, the job, the mistake. Generic origin stories read as marketing; specific ones read as true.

What we changed

Placeholder. Describe what you changed, in customer terms. How fast you answer. Who prices the job. What happens when something goes wrong. Keep it about what the customer gets, not how the business is wired together.

What it means for the person on the other end

Placeholder. Translate the operational decisions into customer outcomes. This is the section that converts.
